beyond trying to restrain me first hand? dont remember much. helped with recovery, gave me other things. told me to rest and not move. havoc got me soup, it was nice.

Make sure you drink plenty of water. There is dried nox truffle at the Medical rover which can help with any lingering pain.

Nanite supplies took a hit and we're going to be doing laundry for the foreseeable future.
But we had people like Red and others pitching in to help gather natural resources, which was a big help.
