Just raise her paw to print it. It doesn't matter what, though. It's that he did it at all.

I don't think he knows what 'polite' means.

She's not in a good mood. She's still okay, physically. But you know how she likes to think she really is a queen. She didn't like the lack of control.

You know that'll make her happy.
I only agreed to help for Adrien. Then he did that.

It's that partner mission. You didn't get contacted by a 'partner' and asked to do something strange?

He didn't know. Uchiha didn't contact him first.
[ But she's opening the door the second she's sent the message. Koroleva's just going to clamber out to run at Korol. ]

I'm fine. Annoyed, but not hurt or anything.
[ She answers, glancing at him before watching the bahari.
Koroleva is burrowed against Korol. They look like a huge, tangled mass, honestly, and she's happy that way. She nuzzles him back before nipping at him and pushing him. ]

[ Welp. Somebody's getting dragged outside suddenly. Koroleva doesn't mind the idea of a walk. She's up and chasing after Korol, winding between the couple as she does before she gets beside Korol and leans against him as she walks. ]
Fine. [ Since everyone wants to go. ]
But only for a short walk. I'm tired.

[ She's just going to loop her arm with his.
Maybe lean on him a little. The same way Koroleva does with Korol. Except not as heavy, honestly.
Koroleva's just nuzzling at Korol as they walk. If she really were a cat, she'd probably purr. ]
It's good. I get to live with Banagher and Clary and d'Artagnan. They're all people I like.

Not in a long time.
[ He swills the liquid in the glass easily, a small smile playing across his mouth. It's testament to how far they've come that he even smiles.
Athos doesn't drink brandy because wine is cheaper and more easily available. As a Comte he could very well afford the best, but as a Musketeer the sous are lighter. And he'd left it all behind when he took the name Athos, including the wealth that would have eased his purse strings for times to come. But still, there's something familiar about the taste as he takes a sip and lets it settle on his tongue, a pleased noise leaving his throat and his eyebrows ticking up ever so slightly. ]
Delicious. Though I still prefer French. [ Because he is, and will always be, a French man. ]

[ He holds his gaze for a long moment, as though weighing up whether or not he should decline and do this by himself. But the measure of it is that Athos truly trusts the man in front of him. It's a personal trust, one that blooms somewhere in the ravaged garden of his soul and takes root. Athos has so little people he can afford that of and the fact that there is one more is still surprising to him. ]
All right. [ It's soft and lacking any particular edge. He's not being weak, he's being clever. ] But we keep it between ourselves for now. I won't approach him unless absolutely necessary, but I can't say the same for Aramis or d'Artagnan. They would want to respond to the slight. [ They would want to defend him, protect him. And so he'll keep his silence. ]

[ She wants to savour it simply because it's been a long time since she last had coffee like this. But it's no good when it's cold and so she takes a long sip and grabs a doughnut, smiling at him when he rubs her arm. ]
I'm fine. Don't be weird. [ Because she knows he hates being emotional and as much as she's touched by it, she doesn't want him to have to emote. ] Eat a doughnut. What have you been up to lately? Any camp gossip I need to know about?
