The Aerie

The Aerie is a working, steampunk-style shipyard situated in the city's docks. It has open access to the water, allowing ships to launch from the shop. It produces bespoke sailing ships, from small crafts that hold one or two people to larger schooner-style ships that carry many. The roof also opens, by way of a system of pulleys. This allows airships to be lifted up onto the roof by way of a raised platform. Workers can access the various levels of the shop by way of a series of pneumatic elevators.

The Aerie employs both native Eudites and Volunteer Citizens. Sturmhond is the owner, manager and lead shipwright. He will be seeking both skilled shipwrights, woodworkers and metalworkers, as well as apprentices who want to learn. He will also particularly seek magic users who would work with him to find new ways of making the airships he designs take flight. In his homeworld he uses Grisha power to make this happen. In Eudio, he's seeking other ways!

The Aerie adjoins a smaller building which has been converted into a small apartment. Sturmhond lives here; there is a connecting door allowing easy access to the workshop.
