Korol is similar with Ringo, the other male berserker. The posturing is the same, the unwillingness to seem subservient.

I'm in Blue Team, and was with the first Drop this crew experienced. All of us were given eggs. When they hatched, we cared for them, and some were allowed to keep one. They grew very quickly. Later, they disappeared, and when they returned there were fewer of them.
And they dragged the others behind them, dead.

He hadn't used a nanite on this wound; it hadn't seemed right. ] After that he started to glow. I believe it may be some form of empathy, though...I don't know everything about his species yet.
